Hi, I’m Sarah Akin—a real estate advisor with Engel & Völkers North Atlanta, and a proud Georgia native based in Alpharetta. At its core, I believe real estate is all about relationships. I’m passionate about building trust and lasting connections not just with my clients, but with fellow agents, lenders, and professionals throughout the community. Those relationships are the foundation of success—not only in real estate, but in life.

Before stepping into real estate, I spent 15 years as a high school math teacher and coach. That experience shaped who I am today—someone who communicates clearly, stays organized, and knows how to guide others toward their goals. Helping people make one of the biggest decisions of their lives—buying or selling a home—feels like a natural extension of what I’ve always loved doing.

When I’m not working, you can usually find me out on a run or walk, cheering on my husband David—who’s also a teacher and head boys basketball coach at Cambridge High—or spending time with our sweet Maltese, Winnie. I’m also a big fan of concerts, card games, and beach getaways that help me recharge and reconnect.
